It's a funny chart. It divides people into three groups that aren't mutually exclusive. It might as well divide the world into democrats, republicans, and bassoonists.

I never said it was for children. But in my country you have to be 14 years old to have sex, so I guess you can practice BDSM at 14 as long as it is consented. Weirdly you have to be 16 to have sexual intercourse with same sex people. ROFLOL
