Your view is ideologically simplistic. The only one with any power in that situation is the mother.
We view all other situations of harm in unequal relationships as wrong.

I'm wondering, why is Islam (i don't know about other religions) obsessed with genealogy and having kids from your wife?
Abortion is Haram, non marital non vaginal sex is Haram, adoption is Haram, the cutting of relations with relatives is Haram even the extended family.
New technologies in this field are Haram e.g in vitro fertilisation

I'm going to take something from the atheist experience here. If a two year old needed an organ transplant and only the mother could do it, should it be legal to force her to give the organ? Of course not. And assuming that a foetus and a two year old have the same rights, it therefore shouldn't be allowed to force a woman to continue a pregnancy. If the two year old doesn't have the right to rely on its mothers body for survival, then why should a foetues?

It's wrong because it's not even internally consistent and it does not parallel what you are trying to compare it to.
