That doesn't make sense. You can't be three distinct people, and one person at once. You can't be 100% god and 100% Human. You can't be a square circle. Otherwise it destroys the meaning of the words you're using to describe it.
I seem to have heard that the bible doesn't teach the trinity at all, so I'm skeptical of both claims. If it's all beyond Human understanding, it's useless nonsense.

Retroactively punishing people for a rule you just made up? That makes no sense.
I think that saving them from eternal death and giving them eternal life was very loving. As far as picking up sticks goes, the law was meant to show us that we couldn't be saved by following it.

No. Creating a place to shove everyone you don't like, and telling people that the only way to keep from going to the bad place is worshiping you, isn't love. It's coercion. Blackmail. You don't get to claim you're saving people from something you created, because you judged them to be faulty by your standards.
How was the law made to show you can't be saved by following it? Obviously if you break the slightest of laws, you get killed. So the demand is to always obey the slightest of laws.

So, several generations of Jewish people were just S.O.L. They did as god told them and then he turns around and changes the rules.

You know how jealous god is and how its a bad thing a very bad thing.
if he gets upset over our creativity as humans he needs to stop and think about what he is so upset over. god your god can speak and create anything imaginable and he gets jealous over a few petty humans that are creative.

They didn't follow the law completely. They were constantly breaking the law. They were saved by Jesus' atoning sacrifice.

"Saving" a minority of the world because you failed to prove the existence of Jesus isn't much of an accomplishment anyway.

God can only "save" people from stuff that is his fault anyway. So big whoop.

It came from a Jewish teacher named Hillel. Seriously, it did. Jesus' whole shtick was stolen from another teacher
There were some Jewish converts in the Roman empire and I strongly suspect that one of them took the best of Hillel and combined his teaching with different popular religions to come up with what the creator thought would be a better religion.

It that's the way you feel.... I believe that everything God did or does is for a good reason.
