Oh, I dunno...how about forcing a rape victim to marry her rapist, and paying the father?

You havn't provided any argument, provide me a passage which states that the crime has been committed against the father, as the woman is just his property. You can't even get close, again you are just fantasizing.
The crime is clearly being committed against the woman, hence the terminology "though the betrothed woman screamed, there was no one to rescue her."
Not "the betrothed woman screamed, and there was no-one there to rescue her fathers property".
Woman in the bible are not treated humanely they are treated as objects of pleasure and servitude and nothing more. If your soon to be wife was raped by your jealous friend he now owns your soon to be wife because he paid the father of that daughter and he have many wives as he wants and he can kill them if they are even touched by another man and that man is also punished. Is it so hard to understand that people back then were not even moral. Like the story about sodom a guy basically gives his own daughter to a angry mob that wants to rape the angels and the next day he takes her inside and kills her. Yeah no woman were treated like objects the end.

Then you own the person you raped i am glad we are a secular country and not like the middle east with biblical law.

You need to try and source your assertions if you want to be taken seriously. We've discussed Deut 22:28-29 already.

Oh, forgive me. Are you okay with it then? Or can you give me the cliffnotes version of your reaction?

Just did. And that's one of the most shamelessly immoral attempts justification I've ever seen.
Do you think that God's morals have changed over time, as in, would you think it's moral in today's society to enact that law forcing a rape victim to marry her rapist?

The law isn't to force the rape victim to marry the rapist. What biblical context can you possibly ground that interpretation on? The law is to ensure the victim is provided for. The rapist cannot leave the woman, but it does not say the woman cannot leave the rapist, it is assumed however that the woman would not want to leave the rapist, because she would not have been able to find another man willing to take on someone elses kid in that culture and period of history.
No, i don't think God changes over time, but civilization changes. It would be no good sacrificing lambs to absolve our sins today, as no one has any, whereas during the time of the Mosaic law, the entire culture was based on sheep herding.

I find your handwaving for the barbaric culture of "god's chosen" to be physcially repulsive.

I don't think you've managed to substantiate any claim of a barbaric culture.
