As long as they are harvested without them taking that first breath that conveys a soul and turns them into living human beings they are good to go.
Might want to check the mother for obvious signs of disease too.
Goiters, consumption, erysipelas, leprosy, that sort of thing.

3 months later, one very fat atheist baby is born.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
