um . .
I'm thinking the robot felt threatened by her advances, perhaps. And defended its honor the only way it knew how.

Buy a bed, dummy.
Right?!!
I mean what the hell lady? First of all, who the fuck naps on a wood floor?!?
What, do you not own a bed? At the very least, you could hit the couch for a little shut-eye.
Seriously
I hope you are being sarcastic.
I hope they are, too. From the article:
- Korean Biz Wire pointed out, however, that people from cultures in which it’s commonplace to sit or nap on the floor - such as Japan and South Korea – may be more vulnerable to vacuum robot rage.
http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/feb/09/south-korean-womans-hair-eaten-by-robot-vacuum-cleaner-as-she-slept?CMP=fb_gu
There is nothing wrong with sleeping on the floor. Provided, of course, one does not have a robotic vacuum that has not been shut off. But obviously, that is not something she would have been likely to learn as a child, given that such things did not exist then.
I suppose another cultural tidbit might be in order. In Japan (and probably Korea as well, though I am not certain of that), it is customary to take off one's shoes when one enters a house. So the floor of the house tends to be cleaner than in places where people track dirt all over the house from the outside due to not taking off their shoes. It is amazing how much difference there is on this. I have adopted this particular Japanese custom, and my floors stay much cleaner than they used to. If you don't like cleaning floors, and you also don't like living in filth, it is a very good way of living, provided everyone in the household removes their shoes at the door.

You should be more worried about this instead.

I have a birthday coming up, if anyone's stuck for a gift idea.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Unless it is actually your birthday there is always one "coming up".
Unless of course you are really really ill.

I wouldn't put that past me.
