Watched Snatch and Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels. Of the pair I liked Snatch better, and have watched it again a couple times without diminishment.
Watched Coherence today. A good low-budget sci-fi thriller, if a bit slow in the beginning, and weird at the end. (Not good weird either; silly weird.)

Way late to the party, but my SO and I started watching the first season of Game of Thrones and love it. Now I'm kicking myself for waiting so long.

The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. Got the DVD last night on my way back from seeing Shell and watched it in one sitting. Finally got down to sleep around 4am.
Never got to see it at the cinema; in fact never got to see any of this trilogy, unlike the LOTR three which I saw with my Sam (and which created her crush on Elijah Wood, from which I reaped the benefits on his behalf )
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Might also be one of the most quotable films ever made: 'Do you know what "nemesis" means? A righteous infliction of retribution manifested by an appropriate agent. Personified in this case by an 'orrible cunt... me.' and 'Yes, London. You know: fish, chips, cup 'o tea, bad food, worse weather, Mary fucking Poppins... LONDON.' First time I saw the film, I missed the next five minutes because I was laughing tears over 'Mary Fucking Poppins'. Boru
