I think we talked about deluding forces already. It's not an argument.

I'm not having a go at you, I'm genuinely interested in the framework. You may be right, there may be entry requirements. I just don't quite see how this could be legally enforced. Of course, other Muslims may not consider me one, but I'm talking about legal rights. Does being a Muslim afford me any specific legal rights that being a generic theist does not anyway? I suppose not.

I'm being anal again. Maybe I should change my name to chainsaw of anal.

I think that most of all what your state of mind tells you is more important. If I was  Christian but didn't want to go to churches because I considered faith should be personal and not organized I would not be considered a real Christian by organized religious churches but I would be a Christian if I read the bible and prayed. I think that as long as you believe in Allah and going to heaven you are a Muslim. Obviously if you believe in the god of the bible you are not a Muslim at all, but I don't think you even need to read the whole Quran to be a Muslim.

As for the legality, there isn't a legal status in my country for being religious, you are never asked your religion except for census and it's anonymous, the only way to know is to ask the institution/church you are a part of if you signed up - But in theory, you could even not like Mosques and just like to pray at home. I think you would be Muslim. Why not? I'm using a minimalist definition because it's how it works. If someone believes in Allah they are Musim, no one would disagree with this. Can we argue that they are being careless believers for not reading the whole Quran? MAybe, but that's not up to us

I apologise for any poor english in my posts.
France banned the Burka buddy - It doesn't work like that. As long as it doesn't impact security I believe you can wear what you want. Just don't cover your whole face. Other countries have been discussing how the problematic should be dealt with. Personally I've never seen anything other than an Hijab and women who wear it even wear makeup and western clothes as a combination. Some look hot

And why should anybody care about your personal experiences being proof for anything?

Because it happens in most countries, also, me seeing people in public places with their faces covered is proof that they can do it.

RE: About Islam
Islam is evil. Muslims are mostly good. Christianity is evil. Christians are mostly good. Judaism is evil. Jews are mostly good.
You seeing the pattern here? The Abrahamic religions are all as bad as each other and the world would do well to rid itself of them, but whaling on one of them in particular is never going to solve a damn thing. Calm it down a bit.
Also, it wouldn't hurt to mingle with the community on here. So far your entire identity on this forum has boiled down to RAAARGH ISLAM BAD, why not introduce yourself properly in the Introductions thread, tell us a bit about yourself, what you do, what your favourite hobbies are, etc, etc. There is no need to harbour such unhealthy hatred and little else on this forum.
