Also, Tyrion married Sansa... which *may* have made her a bit jealous.

Game of Thrones Season 5 Discussion [SPOILERS WITHIN]
|
My biggest problem with Shae on the show is that she seemed utterly unable to acknowledge Tyrion's position. It just made her look really stupid when she gets all hissy about Tyrion marrying Sansa or about how Tyrion has to protect Sansa and just wants to be the one Lannister that doesn't treat her like shit. It's not like Tyrion volunteered for the position of Sansa's husband.
In every country and every age, the priest had been hostile to Liberty.
- Thomas Jefferson
yeah.. well.. they didn't want to fill the show with Tysha, so they had to make her throw those hissy fits... so people get the impression that she was always a whore and be done with it.
Sort of works, but makes the way Tyrion killed Tywin a bit strange...
It just makes Tyrion's motivation a little cloudy. It sort of shifts it towards retribution for the farce of the trial and sentencing him to death rather than the hypocrisy and the fact that twice Tywin has devastated him in the only way Tyrion could be hurt by Tywin.
It also speaks to the ridiculous amount of story that GRRM has to deal with writing these books and that Weiss and Benioff have to excise from the screenplay.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

GRRM is a literary genius (:
I am really anxious to see how the show deals with Tyrion meeting Danaerys.

I have never been too much of a Sansa fan. As far as the show goes, I like following the storylines of both Jon Snow and Danaerys the most.
