If you could be immortal... (poll)

RE: If you could be immortal... (poll)
No. Even with that clause of stopping aging. Thing is, after even just 100 years, I'd feel very geezerly, and generation gaps can be a lonely thing.

Can you please post a poll with more than 2 options? Not everything is so black and white, yeesh.

Honestly, I don't know what I'd do. I don't think I'd want immortality. There are days I think Ican barely make it through this short mortal life. If it meant staying this exact age while watching my child grow old and die...no way. If I could take the pill and offer it to her when she's like 20-something...maybe. But who knows, maybe I would take it, if it came with perfect health and being with other immortals. If it meant being alone...no, I don't think so.

I think this is one of those situations that is so far out of the realm of reality, I would have to experience it to know what my reaction would be.

Sorry... Sad

Thanks for the response nonetheless.

Finally, a man who asks the important questions. While we're at it, any headcount on the number of fire breathing whores that I might get packaged with this immortality deal, in addition to however many virgins are included as an option?

Please explain your answer.

In case you didn't read it the last time I linked it. The problem with living forever.

Simply put, hell no. Would I like more time than what a natural life gives us, yes, if I could age slower.

Now, if I could take a pill that stops my aging (and preferably backs it up about 30 years) but I get to decide when enough is enough, sign me up.

Definitely not.

Even if I was healthy I'd say no. Being forced to live for an extremely long time sounds horrific.

As it happens my illnesses mean I don't actually want to live even another day, so no.

I'd only be interested in any kind of prolonged life if it was in a reality of my own devising and I could turn myself off if/when I wanted to.

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that. Hope you're ok... Sad

Thank you for your concern Smile I'm as OK as I realistically can be with my conditions.
