Didn't the pope call for military help for the christians getting massacred by ISIS, or am I misremembering something ?
And if the pontiff did call for military help, what would they be armed with thumbscrews? Gibbets? Titty pincers? Pears? The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
