Lucky he didn't hit a pothole while he was waiving his dick around and shoot someone (other than himself). He'll get 10 years if they charge him with so much as a traffic infraction btw, Florida is a 10/20/Life state, mandatory minimums. Remember a few years back when politicians stumped into office on a law granting floridians the states seal of approval to both carry loaded weapons in their vehicles -and- shoot from them when they felt "threatened"? Elderly folks at the voting booths....worried that a carjacker will get them before cancer does, providing the backdrop in which a moron like this feels comfortable in his decision to be a moron.

They're a dime in a dozen in Ft. Myers, whole lotta beachfront. Florida's mandatory minimums might surprise the shit out of you on this one.. guess we'll have to wait and see. If it goes as it should...he'd get ten for having the gun in his possession during the commision of a crime...20 for having used it (by shooting himself, no less..lol). Not that I'd be completely thrown aback if he escaped the law, of course.
