To be fair, sounds like the kids might have caught a break in this one.

Despite Mimimalist my disagreement. I think guns should be out of the hands of mental ill people.....it is to big a temptation.

No argument.
But guns are not as necessary as cars in our society. Other highly-industrialized nations manage fine without every shitwit walking around with a gun. People think jesus wants them to beat their kids. And most drunk drivers are repeat offenders. We've all done it. Some just get caught.
How else could this argument be settled without guns?
