Really? He might have been a 'good guy' talking to you, but to a lot of us, he was an asshole with no interest in discussion, seeking only to provoke, flame and troll. These aren't the qualities of a good guy.
Maybe I'm blinded. I saw some of his trolling with Esquilax and it really bothered me because I love Esquilax. But....I wasn't saying hey frodie is nice to everyone. I was saying I believe underneath his rough edges he's still a good person. I may be wrong but it's what I see.

I would suggest you consider that Frodos longevity here might have been an example of that, if you want to go down that route. I'd suggest it as a member, and not a mod, of course. I'd have other suggestions, as a mod. 
Losty, a ban doesn't have anything to do with whether someone is a nice guy. It's not a judgement on someones character. Being a bad guy won't get you banned, and being a good guy won't prevent it.

I don't think the last bit of my message was harsh, but maybe he can enlighten me as to why his life circumstances led to him making unwarranted accusations out on the mods of a forum who literally did not want to ban him?
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
