I know, but honestly., the incident isn't what's funny, the fucking defense offered is...and that defense makes it impossible -not- to crack a joke. I;m wondering how the guy ended up with such severe injuries after the baton "accidentally" found itself in his anus, through no fault of anyone involved and certainly not the fault of the man who owned the arm that put it there. Did he "accidentally" stir it around a little bit...once he realized what had "accidentally" happened?
I mean..I'm just trying to give him the benefit of the doubt..because I've "accidentally" slipped things™ into things™ before, and no one ended up in the hospital with a busted face and ripped hole.

How on earth can you accidentally stick a baton up there?
First, have you ever been in a brawl? Did you feel an overabundance of control? One possible scenario is the officer got pushed from behind and fell on the person being restrained. Another would be that the person fell on the baton. That's two off the top of my head. (I've been in a fair few bar fights while I was in the Navy, I know crazy shit can happen.
And now over to the How Dare You! squad for a rebuttalish.

In the absence of pants and underpants, I could make myself imagine it. Yet I've a hard time imagining a bottomless bar brawl between blokes. A baton isn't a sharp object ripping through layers of clothing to end up in brother anus.

So, without any further clarification as to whether or not..in your mentioned experience, anyone was ever sodomized in your bar fights......is it fair to say that your defense, in this case...amounts to "tripped, fell, landed on his dick baton"?
