of course not all cops are killers but even you have to admit there is a lot of this killing, bullying, etc going on. Now you will say considering the percentages it is understandable, but i tell you none is understandable or acceptable no matter what the percentages.
This must change. I was looking on the net yesterday and was shocked at how many new incidents there were that I did not know about!
