I'm feeling like, if someone waves a bare foot in my face, I'm going to bite a toe.
Yeah, I know, yuck. But I think it might be worth it...

I read socks and rainbow in the same sentence. I love barefoot, but I adore my socks!

My housemate at university always used to wear odd socks. It was so rare he'd actually have a match that it was like he was doing it deliberately.
He was just a lazy fucker who couldn't be bothered to sort his laundry afterwards haha
But I'd always wear shoes in our houses. No way I was going in our filthy as hell kitchen (not my fault, all my housemates) without shoes on.

I wear slippers, but only because I don't want to ruin my pedi.

Slippers make my feet sweat.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

You've just reminded me I have to book myself in for a treatment. Pedi time is the only time I forget my swag. If you close your eyes and try hard enough, you might hear me purring.

Same here, and I find them old-fashioned
My Dad used to try scaring me and my brother into wearing them. He'd tell us about the guy whose foot apparently got infected and amputated because he never wore his shoes around the house
Ok but if that was real (which I don't believe in hindsight) how long was it since he last vacuumed is what I'm wondering?
