No pic, but I hard a ridiculous number of calories left in my daily budget so I had carnitas enchiladas with this amazing tomatillo salsa, rice, and refritos all garnished with queso cotija.

OMFG so good.

Had planned on cooking a spinach omelette earlier, but fell asleep. 

A few Wheat Thins and an apple was dinner, which is fine by me. 
Doesn't matter...it's better than toothpaste. Big Grin

Today is a shopping day. I'm out of brekky type things, so it's gonna be a couple slider buns and a couple mandarins.

Preparing roasted chicken wings with baked potato and salad. Sadly I forgot to buy honey, since I love to put it onto the wings before roasting. So butter will have to do.

Just had a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats, my favorite cereal.

Sitting in bed, watching College GameDay, sipping coffee, browsing the forum.

Considering going shopping for fall clothes today.

I've got a rumbly in my tumbly, but don't feel like cooking. Debating doing up some sausage and eggs, or keeping the stomach quiet with coffee until I can get to the barbecue joint and grab a pulled-pork sammich.

Do you have room for an herb garden, even in pots?  We started a small herb garden this year and no longer have to buy any fresh herbs, we just go out and cut them as we need them.   Fresh herbs are definitely a great way to make food awesome.

I do grow basil, it grows well on the kitchen windowsill, but there is no room for anything else.  I buy fresh Thyme, and use everything else dried, really, which is still yummy.


When we move, I hope there is more room for an herb garden!  And even a little veggie patch.  Someday......
