A 7  lb pork picnic roast. Crisscrossed the skin with knife and rubbed with fresh rosemary and garlic. Put in oven at 450 for 45 minutes then cooked 8 hours at 225 degrees. Served with kale chips.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!
