Leftovers from a weekend cookout - hot dogs (Nathan's, of course) and pasta salad. Why did I buy so much? We've had three meals out of it already and there's enough for 2 or 3 more.

What are you cooking/eating right now?

I'm going to do myself half a juicy steak soon. I was once chased across a field by a herd of cows and had to climb on the roof of a hut til they'd buggered off, so now whenever I sink my teeth into meat products I think "It's payback time!"..

Don't look now, but this evil atheist likes steaks too. Now I've gone and done it, I gave you cooties. Shell B and I had a disagreement on how steaks should be done. Most people like them medium or medium rare. Me, I can tolerate that but prefer well done. Plus people also think I am nuts, I love ranch sauce and Texas Pete and pepper on a well done steak. But to her credit, and most people would agree, taste is an individual thing so anyway the individual likes it is the way they want it. Nobody else is eating it but you so you should do it the way you like. RE: What are you cooking/eating right now?

Good for you mate, Jesus loves you to bits now.. Here's a couple of verses to smack vegetarian/vegan/grasseaters in the eye with the next time they try to bully us- God said- "Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything" (Genesis 9:3) "And one of the Pharisees asked Jesus if he would eat with him, so he went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to meat" (Luke 7:36) Tuck in Bear..

Doing up a thing of cherries and dumplings. I added a bit of cinnamon and rum, and I didn't have buttermilk, so I used almond milk. I also didn't have self-rising flour, and Phyllis, here, didn't give me any idea how much baking powder and salt to add. So, here goes, anyway.

Eating leftover chicken for brekkie.
Just wanted to say that I cooked an organic chicken last night for the first time and I'm hooked. I never realised there'd be such a taste difference.
Today is a lazy day. I had a bowl of vanilla ice cream with some caramel drizzle on top. Now I'm eating potato chips.
Oh well. It beats smoking cigarettes. Ten weeks and two days free of that shit today! Yeah! Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.
