Because the manufacturer's directions on the color tubes and on the developer don't recommend it.

Besides.... you can't sit in the shampoo bowls to get your crotch rinsed out. That would just be awkward.

Have you heard of vajazzling? You can have your vag hair dyed and bedazzled into something fantastic. Gotta go to a special stylist though. So many different fun creations. Google vajazzling pics to see some art:0
