I put more stuff on here though - my 500px account is mostly for what I consider my "best" stuff, and the rest of the stuff I like or play with gets thrown on dA.

Very nice Summer. I'm really impressed with the improvements in your photography from the early stuff 5 months ago to the more recent pics. The early stuff was good enough, but the later stuff is really good.

How much post processing are you doing?

Thank you! I try to do as little as possible - contrast tweaking mostly, sometimes fucking with color or light levels. My objective, given the fact that I have only a glorified point and shoot, is to compose the shot as much as possible beforehand and have little editing to do later. The point is to reveal what's around me, not "pretty" it up.

This one, for example, I only enhanced the contrast. I set myself up to catch the lens flare, but that's what it's like in the forests down here: in the "golden hour" the sun slips liquid through the trees and turns everything into a gilded faery land.
