Boru

Had a similar experience, heard a noise in the early hours, opened the bedroom door to see an unknown naked guy walk into the spare bedroom, not having a gun and also being half asleep I didn't shoot him, looked down and saw a note on the floor outside my bedroom. It was from my son telling me that his friend had had too much to drink and was sleeping it off here because he was in no fit state to make it home!
Conclusion, no need for a gun, happy to have a son who looks after his friends  Smile

My father fell asleep in front of the telly one night and was woken at 2:00am by a young woman knocking on the front door. Turns out she was driving down our road, which she didn't know, and with the bad weather managed to mount the ditch. Luckily it was at a slow enough speed so she didn't hurt herself.

My father, not having a gun, brought her in, got her a towel, made her a cup of tea and rang a breakdown service to come collect her and her car.

The Day That Spielberg Cried

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Nah.

That was from a Spielberg home movie.

And is the reason there wasn't a sequel...

That would have had more impact if Hattie had written "I'm 85 and have a full set of dentures." before the rest.
