I agree with you there, but the problem with is that it would mean that the terrorists have undeserved power, and although this sounds like a slippery slope fallacy, I still believe that by giving the terrorists what they want, which is censorship, that opens up the door to fatwas against others who mock Mohammed, thus making it impossible to criticize things that need to be criticized and could ultimately slow down the progress of mankind. Like I said, I probably presented a slippery slope there, but I feel that by doing what they did, this is how it could go down. It's definitely possible.
And there is little in the world that needs criticism more than fucking islam.
