Both sexes are stupid. I've watched women do the above, I've watched men shave and even read a newspaper while driving (I mean, fucking really?!). Both talk on the phone. Might as well subscribe to racial stereotypes when driving, if you're going to be sexist about it as well.
What I haven't seen a lot of is women illegally racing or the like, which I think is part of the punch up for male numbers. The road in front of my mom's house is a straightaway for three miles that used to have no stop lights on it - I can't tell you the number of times the cops pulled guys over for impromptu drag races there. One guy even tried to race me, and I was in a Wrangler (which, sorry, is one point in favor of men being idiots).
