True, but each of us to a different extent. I once shared a table with a girl in an art class who took all of the supplies from the middle of the table and piled them on her lap and the floor next to her and a bit of the table in front of her. Most people are capable of at least sharing that which they are not using. Some of us can easily share things we are using/wanted to use. People like that are called gracious, though we are (of course) all motivated by what we wish to occur.
Had Jesus been more gracious, his story would be less repulsive for me.
