This is what happens when you grow up in a sexually repressed home. What is the failure here is that most boys have some guidance in these years through friends and family. I mean wtf is going to happen when these kids apply for post secondary education? Will their home school shit even be enough to get them into a modern community college? If not what will happen when they do go to a post secondary school to get their basic high school academics? What if one of them (especially one of the girls) decides to go to university?
