I'm going to ask it one finial time to see if your courage has gained you. Did your church teach you that the Holy Spirit was necessary in learning the scriptures and what denomination was your church? There's no need to accuse me of lacking courage because the semi-delusional, rambling quality of your posts consistently lacks cohesion, proper sentence structure, AND proper punctuation. That's your fault.

I attended both Pentecostal church and Baptist church for the majority of my church going life. I attended Bible study at some point at both churches. To my recollection, Bible study always opened in prayer. I am certain the Holy Spirit was invoked in these opening prayers. In my last year or so as a churchgoer, I only attended church periodically. It was an Episcopalian church. I never attended any Bible study there. I simply chose to go because it was quiet....there were no loud Holy Ghost hi-jinks such as speaking in tongues, being slain in the spirit, faith healing or any other fake displays of Christian magic.
I hope that answer was good enough for you. If it's not, don't be a douche about it....just be clear.
