Indifference can hurt but from what I have seen and experienced a heart break is painful but a normal human gets over it and moves on. However, the fear of going to hell for wanting sex or the guilt and fear when one finally does fulfill their natural sexual desires by simple and completely harmless masturbation is crippling and long in it's damage. This I have seen in the form of slut shaming, fear of damnation for touching ones self, and condemning every sexual desire that does not conform to your god's confusing rules. Remembering that this deity made us in this way. This my friend is real damage.

then there is this one as it is clearly states that women are property, Judges 21:10-24
Now before you say "that was the old testament and Jesus changed all that" Mathew 5; 17-18. so now I know you will interpret this way different than I will but the point is that if you follow Jesus then you follow the OT. I have seen some of the arguments that say that Christians don't have to follow this and any one with a brain can manipulate this any way they want and they do.

now in all what I see is more harm than good as far as religion attempting to control the sexual lives of others. What's worse is that they not only want to destroy the sex lives of their own but also every one else's. I see that this gives you humor as is evident by your icons. I have a grievance with religion doing this to every one for their own selfish reasons. It makes more sense that a time long ago some men wanted to control their women and so made up a god to enforce their desire to have sex at their convenience.
