I'm not sure he's 'anti-dictator'. You have the Five I Wills of Satan in the bible that suggest that this character wants to be worshiped by all. Again assuming that the Christian Bible is true -- Jesus describes Satan as a killer who cannot tolerate the truth. Considering that Yahweh is not considered a killer and kills as many people as he does and created a pit of fire, I can't imagine if the Christian Bible is true (which we are doing for the sake of this hypothetical) that Satan is such a good guy either.

He taught humans how to think for themselves (adam and eve some people think it was just a serpent or what ever), Taught us to wear clothes , knowledge of good and evil <-(this bit is the reason why god is so angry), This is why gods commandments seem disgusting and immoral. So who is the evil one really it is plain black and white and obvious just no christian really picked up on it unless its pointed out.
