National Geographic will now invest more into scientific research
Rupert has left all his companies to his son, who though a conservative, does not appear to be the same brand of wacky that his dad was. The son's wife even worked on Clinton's Climate change initiative. They are not science deniers, quite the opposite.
They are, however, making it for profit. This is the biggest change, but the son claims teh profits will get re-invested back into science and education.
My husband just spent 20 minutes yelling and overtalking me to get the point across that, basically, like father like son (even tough he's rather die than be compared to his own father). Oh, and I'm wrong, shut up.
