Well, things needn't stop at supernatural. In conversation they generally do, because it's a made-up concept so it never gets challenged. But if there's one supernatural group distinct from the natural, or a subset of the natural, then there could equally well be a supersupernatural group, distinct from the supernatural.
It's like the infinite regression problem with God. Theists don't think too hard about it because God is made up and never actually turns up to require an explanation. But if he did, he has the same questions waiting for him. Where did he come from? You said everything must come from somewhere, a minute ago. Yes, yes, you worded it in some wanky way to try and make it look like it's not just special pleading.
