Speak for you own experiences. They may not go out of their way to breast-feed in public, but it gets more and more common in every place. Without any secrecy. And, as I said, I don't have any problem with it, unless it's in a restaurant.
Why the hell should there be secrecy? And god forbid a baby be hungry in a restaurant. O_o
I could nurse a baby in the table across from you and you would never know.
