As for the locals weaponing up, is that because there is danger, or is that because, like you, they harbor their own bigotries? Judging an entire population by the acts of one man is sloppy thinking, and although you're clearly willing to do that, I'm not. How many Bulgarian criminals are there in your country, and do you delight in the prospect of all Bulgarians being put to death for their acts?
