I think you missed the point Godschild. Nothing you described is not possible without god being in the picture.
I mean, if you had said you fell out of an airplane and before impact you decelerated to non-lethal speed before impact, and there was a good crowd of (impartial) witnesses, perhaps with some video evidence, and no other factors that could account for your sudden deceleration, then it would certainly raise a few questions. It still wouldn't prove God of course, but it certainly would be an extraordinary event which science would find difficult to explain away.
If there was an atheist falling at the same time as you next to you and he didn't decelerate and died then this would raise even more questions.
If the atheists survived and you died then i think we could safely say that a deity does exist and either he has a sense of humour or he doesn't like Christians ;-)
And the other point was the same as what Skipper was trying to say. Why is God helping you so much and yet ignoring very pious people in other places? Why are you so special to God?
And as an additional point, and this is going to sound nasty i'm afraid, but you mentioned deaths in the family and with friends... did you celebrate when they died? You really should do you know. They are now in heaven with your all loving God according to your beliefs. They have their reward... unless they were sinners, Muslim, Jew, Buddhist, or atheists and then they are in hell, but hey, then this is also fair according to your beliefs.
