The thing to remember about Cruz and the rest of the fuckheads is that the constitution they "like" exists only in their heads.  They have an imaginary version where xtians get to rule the country. 

In effect you are simply dealing with a xtian bigot with no legal support for his position.

I have noted those who call themselves constitutionalist (which is not actually a word according to spellchecker) are often only fond of the constitution when it works to their benefit, such as pretending it's free speech when Phil Robertson attempt's to incite Christians to violence by suggesting it's right to rape, torture and murder an atheist's family if he disproves their religion, but want to wipe their butt's with the first amendment if that atheist points out that its bigoted religious extremism for Christians to say and so such.

They just have a universal double standard, one where they're always right and your always wrong. And in this case they like to threaten rape and torture for the sake of their supposed "rightness".

I guess that's why their the source of all "goodness", and if you say their not they tear your lungs out and show them to you.
