I am not writing about sex. I am writing about how unpleasant a doctor's exam can be, and how one can minimize its unpleasantness.
If you like it rough, with big, hard fingers, you will know to go against my advice. But I hope that you are not going to a doctor for sexual gratification. (At least, not as a medical appointment. What one does with doctors on off hours can be the same as anyone else.)
