I'm sure a christian would say that, but it's going to be hard to convince a nonbeliever that thoughts are as bad as actions, or that you should drown people who have different views than you. Not to mention approving of slavery.
jesus did not say people should drown someone if they hurt "little ones" he said it would be better if a millstone were about their neck not that people should put a millstone around their necks and throw them into the sea
