I've seen the episode mate, I know they make fun of Dawkins, but they're pro evolution. There is a clip of Stone talking about that part of the show, it was him trying to state what sort of shit creationists believe about evolution. They might be believers but they still believe in common ancestry.
Besides, they portrayed Dawkins just like every other single person that they don't like, what's so special about this case? Nothing.
