Yes there are muslim terrorists, but the most dangerous terrorist groups in our country aren't muslim. Why do you think the refugees are enemy soldiers?
It's popular to regard the enemy as terrorists instead of enemy troops who are fighting for their political objectives. At the same time we claim that we are at war. And we use the military to fight it. In the case of this particular enemy, which is based on religious beliefs, they can garner financial support from the whole religious community. So if all believers contribute just a dollar a month they will have billions of dollars each month to wage the fight.
Everyone is a soldier in wartime even if he doesn't wear a uniform. So if they aren't on our side they are on the enemy's side.
