Spock's Brain is a goddamn TV classic. If you want the worst of Trek look to Threshold, the first three seasons of Enterprise, etc. The Simpsons is waaaay better than the worst of Trek, but it's hardly the best TV show in a world where Game of Thrones exists.
Spock's Brain is when Star Trek TOS went mediocre. Hell, the entire 3rd season suffered from that.
I never really could get into Game Of Thrones. Just not much of a fantasy person, why with giants and dragons. Also don't care much for stories that take place in a medievel setting.

For Drama, aside from Star Trek and Doctor Who and even The Clone Wars cartoon, my favorite is prolly Breaking Bad and its spin-off Better Call Saul. There are other good ones too, Terminator Sarah Connor Chronicles, Stargate SG-1, etc. I also like a bunch of cartoon dramas. Those are aimed mostly at kids, but they're still pretty entertaining to me.
Speaking of cartoon dramas, I should make another thread about serious western cartoons to watch.
