Football is not an intellectual endeavor. Escaping religion is. Unless your mind is actually unable to grasp the concepts involved, you should be perfectly able to lose your religiosity/belief in God, no matter who you are.

We do consider gods of the past gods. And I still don't understand what other form you expect religion to take. It can't take any other. This is it for it. We get rid of this, and we're rid of it for good. That's what I'm saying.
