Calling a dude disgusting for sucking a dick does not make me have an irrational fear of homosexuals anymore than you calling me disgusting for eating brussel sprouts makes you have an irrational fear of brussel sprouts.
I think brussel sprouts are disgusting too. That doesn't mean I can't hang out with sprout-eaters. It doesn't mean I think something is morally wrong with them. It doesn't mean I need to discriminate against them.
