Yes they can, police and doctors and social advocates interview victims of molestation all the time, and this has been known for decades, you can be forced against your will and still get an erection. They know this because the victims felt guilty for getting a boner thinking they might be gay. Again sexual preference and getting aroused has nothing to do with rape. Rape is strictly about power over another human being. Your body's biology in reacting to that is not understood widely by laypeople. An erection in situations of rape being the victim only means your body is reacting, it does not mean you are enjoying it.
