Wow! You know, we have a pit bull named Ares, and he just MASSACRES most chew toys, so a good thick bible is usually the preferred thing to throw at him - ripped paper is easier to vacuum up than the rubber bits of dog toys.
In fact, I think I've said before - sometimes *I* use it as a chew toy...usually when Glenn Beck is onscreen.
