There were a lot of series about Vietnam vets becoming vigilantes of some kind. All on the - for lack of a better word - humorous side. So as to say, see, Vietnam wasn't that bad. If you came back as damaged goods, it's your own damned fault. And let's not forget Rambo. The one man army. Oh, and Pissing in action. Although Chuck Norris plays in an entirely different league of bad.

There was another one with three guys and a robot. Can't for the life of me remember the name of it.
