Yes, I enjoy long walks around town, I've climbed three mountains and go hiking in the highlands of scotland.

Same goes for food. You *know* what is healthy to eat (and its not pie & chips) but you put aside the big problems and pick at the small ones "I can't tell if this salad has a bit of lard in it, I'll just have sausage, mash and gravy.".
For the exception that I drank about 3 bottles of fresh orange a day, ate watermelons, grapes, oranges etc. I spent about £350 a month on fruit and veg for the whole family.
