I think that's a good summary, yes

But I find even the word "deism" is loaded because it implies not just a creator, but a deity. What the difference is, I have no idea. But I doubt many people would call me a deity for creating artificial realities such as computer programs, which may somehow become sentient. I'm not sure exactly what the average deist thinks and whether it is more than just a creator.
