In the earliest civilisations, before labelling Atheist and Theist, etc... humans had solidarity to survive as long as they did before they needed the stupidity of religion in their lives. When religion came after this success story, it took the morality of humans for its doctrine. We don't get our morality from religion, but it gets its morality from us. 

Humans got to morality first, not religion.
A polemical radical on anything and everything topical.
