According to my 'Handbook of Astrological Principles', which I just made up, the two signs are defined thusly:

Taurus: Megalomaniacal. Tendencies towards world domination, wholesale butchery, and employment of verifiable psychopaths in key positions.

Aries: A peach of a fella, almost always Irish

Hitler, clearly, was no Aries.
